This policy applies to anyone who visits thebulletproofproject.co, contacts The Bulletproof Project, or purchases a service from us.
What We Collect
We collect your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form or contact us. We collect health and injury information you share voluntarily during onboarding. Payment details are processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. We also retain communications via WhatsApp, email, or any intake form.
How We Use It
We use this information to deliver your coaching program, communicate with you about your training, process payments, and respond to inquiries. That's it.
What We Don't Do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except Razorpay for payment processing. We don't add you to email lists without your explicit consent.
Your Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email sid@thebulletproofproject.co to do so. We'll respond within 7 business days.
Retention
We retain your data while you're an active client and for up to 12 months after. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
