Refund & Cancellation.

1:1 Coaching

Cancelled before your program start date: full refund minus Razorpay processing fees (approximately 2%). Cancelled after your program has started: no refund. If we cancel or cannot deliver the program, you get a full refund including processing fees.

Digital Programs

No refunds once access has been granted. If a technical failure on our end prevents access, you get a full refund.

Sessions

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows will be counted as completed sessions.
